Refund Policy :

We strive to deliver services that satisfy our clients; however, if a client is not completely satisfied, we offer a refund under specific conditions:

  • Eligibility: Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. If a user has previously had an account with us, canceled it, and then signed up again, they will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, users who open a second account will also not be eligible for a refund.
  • Processing Time : Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days. Refunds can either be credited to your account or deposited directly into your bank account.
  • Non-Refundable Services : Services related to domain name registration, transfer, or other domain-related activities are non-refundable. Once purchased, domain names are owned by the buyer and cannot be returned until the domain term has expired.
  • Taxes : We are unable to refund taxes as they are deposited directly to the government at the end of each month. However, it may be possible to reclaim these taxes directly from the government.

Cancellation Policy :

  • Cancellation Requests : For ongoing services such as website promotion, hosting, or domain registration renewals, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 business days before the current service period ends. Requests submitted later than this will apply to the next service period.
  • Promotional Services : No cancellations will be entertained for services purchased during promotional offers, special occasions, or discount periods. These offers are time-limited and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
  • Service Cancellation by EJIJOBS : EJIJOBS reserves the right to cancel accounts at any time without prior notice or refund if there is any violation of our terms or policies.
